On November 20th, we will gather in Brussels with our partners, educators, policy makers, and all those who support small businesses, for the final Entrepreneurship4All (E4All) Conference.
This event is a chance to celebrate entrepreneurs as crucial “change makers” and reflect on the journey and success of this European Union supported initiative.
The Power of European Partnership
Entrepreneurship4All has been a two year collaborative journey, where a consortium of expert organisations came together to build a modern, Europe wide digital learning platform.
Our shared goal? The creation of an innovative learning eco-system that helps current and future entrepreneurs upskill in essential areas, navigate digital and green transitions, and build financial resilience.
Through this project, were able to partner with and learn from the following incredible organisations across Europe:
Bantani Education (Project Lead): A Belgium based non profit organisation driving entrepreneurial and creative lifelong learning.
ReadLab: Greece based research and development organisation dedicated to international cooperation and global development.
Materahub: Supports cultural and creative industries, focused on innovation and inclusion, through the management of international pilot projects from Italy.
All Digital: Brussels based organisation supporting Europeans with insufficient digital skills.
EIT Food: Accelerates innovation to build a future fit food system that produces healthy and sustainable food for all.
PEEP Policy Experimentation and Evaluation Platform: Lisbon based NGO supporting research, education, and innovation.
Old Continent: Design and visual identity agency.
Participation
Incredibly, the platform reach went far beyond our European targets, attracting participants from all over the globe.
The results of this collaborative effort clearly demonstrate the power of pan European partnership and inclusive design. Over 2,500 people have accessed the E4All eco-system, and with courses dedicated for women entrepreneurship we’re particularly pleased that women make up 63%.
E4All’s learner centred, inclusive approach offers resources across four core pillars, with an additional dedicated course for women entrepreneurs. These pillars reflect the diverse mix of skills needed for success in today’s business world.
- Entrepreneurial (Tools to turn ideas into action and grow businesses.)
- Financial (Strategies to manage financial challenges and risks.)
- Sustainability (Training for the digital and green transformation.)
- Digital (Enhancing digital knowledge and capacities.)
- Women’s Entrepreneurship (Uniquely tailored support for Women entrepreneurs)

We are proud to have lead on the creation of the Financial Literacy and Women’s Entrepreneurship courses, and feedback received so far demonstrates a real need for focused, expert content.
The impact of the platform is best summarised by those in the entrepreneurial ecosystem – our partners and those who have used it.
“Overall, I think this is absolutely magnificent – such an incredibly valuable resource for a broad variety of people, and all so expertly designed and curated.”“It is clean and clear, made very engaging thanks to the variety of formats… It forefronts topical issues such as equality, sustainability and AI, and is a well judged balance of material to read, videos, quizzes and other interactive content.”
The E4All eco-system is a valuable resource for entrepreneurs whatever stage they are at in their journey and will remain openly accessible for future users who wish to benefit from its content – if you haven’t already check out the learning platform here: https://entrepreneurship4all.eu/learning-pathways/
