At Enterprise Evolution, our work focuses on creating value, underpinned by EntreComp, the European Entrepreneurship Competence Framework

The EntreComp framework underpins our work to ensure an entrepreneurial approach to learning and development. The Enterprise Evolution team are co-authors of EntreComp Into Action – Get inspired, make it happen: A user guide to the European Entrepreneurship Competence Framework and experts in applying and embedding EntreComp in the design and delivery of learning programmes and support initiatives. Examples include, the design and content creation of the European Union’s Entrepreneurship4all digital learning eco-system, development of innovative programmes supporting women to build their entrepreneurial competences through the Erasmus+ Women Learning Together project and as a tool that enables research colleagues to recognise their entrepreneurial strengths.

EntreComp describes what it means to be entrepreneurial; identifies three key competence areas: Ideas & Opportunities, Resources and Into Action. Each of these three areas has five competences, which together create fifteen building blocks of entrepreneurship.
