Enterprise Evolution works with a range of local, national, European and international policy makers and influencers.

We specifically work with and support policymakers involving a combination of strategic communication, policy analysis, and stakeholder engagement. Areas include:

Planning and undertaking stakeholder engagement with diverse target groups —business sectors, government departments, agencies, non-profits, industry groups, and the public.

Providing support in helping policymakers manage the implementation of policies. This can include monitoring of collaborative cross sector projects, adjusting strategies in response to feedback to ensure that policies are effectively addressing their intended goals.

Providing social and economic impact support and feedback based on empirical data of policy effectiveness.

Supporting policymakers in bespoke areas for example on gender budgeting to better understand the policy landscape, analytical techniques, or specific issues.

International Enablers and Projects  

We drive strategic innovation, expand influence and leverage global expertise through collaborating with international enablers and project leaders. Whether working on business development, policy initiatives, or innovation projects. We work in collaboration with a range of global enablers including diplomatic and trade attachés, business representative groups, and NGOs to:
