Community Advocates for Women’s Workplace Wellness

Many women’s health needs remain misunderstood or unsupported in the workplace, impacting wellbeing, productivity, and career longevity. The Community Advocates for Women’s Workplace Wellness programme is a fully funded, interactive initiative designed to change that.

By blending a comprehensive in-person workshop with a flexible online follow-up session, this CPD-certified programme equips women in local businesses and voluntary organisations with the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills to drive positive change. Together, we are building a powerful network of advocates dedicated to fostering healthier, more inclusive, and supportive working environments across our communities.
