It’s been just under a month since my trip to Vienna, and I’m still feeling energised by the experience of being surrounded by so many inspiring entrepreneurial minds.

The first two days were filled with insightful meetings—beautifully hosted by the female factor, complete with excellent coffee and delicious locally made cake. This was followed by two days of Train the Trainer sessions, where we were joined by a diverse group of business owners and expert trainers from across Europe, including Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Austria, and North Macedonia.

The sessions were dynamic, engaging, and designed to spark deep thinking and practical application. We explored topics such as:
• Using analytics tools to track business performance
• The ethical use of technology
• Digital tools for marketing, sales, content creation, and automation
• Empowering entrepreneurship projects with planning tools and digital wellbeing strategies

At the heart of it all was a shared mission: to inspire and equip more women across Europe to start and grow their own businesses.

The Women 5.0 initiative is all about bridging the digital and technical skills gap for women entrepreneurs. It’s designed with women’s real needs in mind, offering accessible, practical learning to build confidence and capability in the digital space.

Keep an eye out for upcoming workshops in the new year—we’re just getting started.
